有機金属化学 (Oragnometallic Chemistry)
近年の有機合成では、有機金属反応剤や遷移金属錯体触媒を利用した反応は頻繁に利用されており、必要不可欠である。本講義では、有機金属化合物を反応剤として利用した有機合成反応や、遷移金属錯体を触媒とする有機合成反応について紹介する。講義の前半では、有機マグネシウム（Grignard 反応剤）などの有機金属反応剤の調製法とそれらを利用した有機合成反応について紹介する。遷移金属錯体を触媒とする有機合成反応については、基本となる遷移金属錯体と有機分子との反応について紹介した後、有機合成で比較的頻繁に利用されている反応や有機化学産業で利用されているものについて紹介する。
In modern organic synthesis, organometallic reagents and transition-metal catalyses are frequently used and indispensable for constructing complicated molecular structures. This lecture deals with the organic reactions using organometallic compounds and/or transition-metal catalysts. First, I will lecture the preparations of organolithium, organomagnesium, organocopper etc. as well as the reactions of these organometallic reagents with various electrophilic substrates. In the second part, I will teach the representative reactions between organic molecules and transition metal complexes. Base on the reactions, we will discussed about some transition-metal-catalyzed reactions, which is frequently used in modern organic synthesis.
